Rosé
With it's lighter flavour, it is a perfect drink for spring and summer and depending on the sweetness levels, Rosé can be delicious with a spicy curry.
Sweet Rosé - Try it with goats cheese as it will allow the subtle and delicate flavours in a light Rosé to be exposed.
Fruity Rosé - Use it as you would white wine. Pair it with poultry either grilled or roasted. It will also goes nicely with a fruity dish such as lemon chicken or even bbq chicken.
Dry Rosé - you may be a curry and beer drinker but a spicy curry will be lovingly complimented by a dry Rosé. Trust me.
